AUDIO 2019 TOP FIVE

This Friday Audio heads up the Korsakov Music Christmas Party alongside Teddy Killerz, Droptek b2b Maztek, Cause4Concern, Mean Teeth, Ancient Radius and more, and check out his 2019 Track’s Of The Year.

From his tattooed drum & bass knuckles to his ruthlessly hard-hitting productions Audio aka Gareth Greenall embodies the spirit of D&B. Uncompromising, inherently underground and refusing to play games, this artist’s diligence, creativity and lack of complacency has inspired mass respect from every possible corner of the scene.

Four albums, countless 12”s, his own Snake Pit Records label and over 15 years deep into his limit-pushing adventures, Audio continues to surge at the very forefront of the sound he’d first experienced as young Londoner tuning in to Colin Dale’s eminent Abstract Dance Kiss FM sermons. Fresh from dates in Columbia, Moscow and Tokyo, this Friday Audio heads up the Korsakov Music Christmas Party alongside Teddy Killerz, Droptek b2b Maztek, Cause4Concern, Mean Teeth, Ancient Radius and more, and check out his 2019 Track’s Of The Year.

AUDIO 2019 TOP FIVE

’Thoughts’ - Buunshin (Divided)

This track literally hasn't left my sets since I got it , the simplest tracks always translate the best, and this infectious groove smashes every time, whether ita in the mix doubled with something or standalone.

‘Frog March’ - Audio (Snake Pit Records)

This was a big track for me - it sparked the idea for me to start snake pit. Throughout my career I've always tried to keep pushing my production level and with this tune I felt I hit another level, personally, and as all the producers out there know, that means a lot.

‘Sound Barrier’ Gydra Remix - Pythius & Gridlok (Blackout)

This is an absolute weapon that never fails to go off and cause absolute madness. They killed this remix.

‘Space Station’ - Misanthrop (Neosignal)

We hadn't heard much from Michael recently and now we know why. This cut is taken from his incredible new album “Analog" and it’s my album of the year too.

‘More Energy’ - Redpill (Blackout)

Another production wizard who’s been on fire all year is Redpill, and this stomper represents what he does perfectly.
