DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs 2018

Vote For Egg London

As we say goodbye to 2017, it is time to reveal which venues have made it into the esteemed DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs poll.

Awarded Best Large Club in the UK as part of DJ Mags Best of British Awards earlier this month, this year marked a monumental twelve months for the club in addition to winning such an acclaimed accolade, which humbles us deeply. We welcomed a mix of old and new faces through our doors from Green Velvet, Laurent Garnier, Mr.G and Pan-Pot to Röyksopp, Spearhead Records, Dense&Pika and Lady Starlight. Remaining one of Londons most eccentric hard techno nights, Berlin Berlin prevailed as a hedonistic occasion thanks to an exclusive booking policy of Berlin-based artists bringing the relentless sound of Berlin to London for one night, along with a vibrant selection of hosts and performers.

Looking onwards to 2018 for another series of carefully curated electronic events, well be celebrating a landmark birthday of 15 years as one of Londons longest running dance music institutions. Despite witnessing a tumultuous time in the cities nightlife with the closing and opening of new venues, Egg has remained a constant pulse beating powerfully throughout North London. Its certainly been a year of change within the domes of the club as the Main Room transformed into a leafy, open-air space during the summer - aptly christened the Garden - for early morning ravers to witness the sunrise in the early hours. As winter came roaring back into season along with freezing cold temperatures, the sheltered Main Room reappeared along with a booming new D&B sound system.

Always happy to welcome a varied crowd of friends and fresh-faced newcomers into our realm, the time has come to vote for Egg LDN for plenty more late nights, hazy sunrises, the unveiling of new talent and to officially make our mark on Londons renowned electronic music scene.
