ANOTR: Four To The Floor

Dutch duo share the tunes doing Amster-damage in their sets...

Brothers from ANOTR mother, Amsterdam duo ANOTR broke out last year with the '90s house stylings of their ‘Strobe’ EP on Defected sub-label DFTD and they haven't looked back since. Having furnished Riva Starr's Snatch (double entendre ahoy) with their equally impressive 'Want My Love' EP, the pair appear at Egg Present this Friday 22nd July alongside Christoph and Detlef – tickets here.

We got a sneak preview of their set with their four for the floor...

Onno & Reelow - 'University Of Street'

This is a real solid groover, been loving what they’ve been releasing the last year. Keeps a steady pace throughout the whole track. Combine that with the energetic drums and the grooving baseline and it makes a perfect fit for our sets.

12 Stories ft Digitaria - 'Bright Lights (Scurrilous)'

There’s something really special about this track. When we first heard it and the acid bass line came in, the first thing we did was make an instant bass face. We love the psychedelic synths and the spacey vocals. Usually a good track to change the vibe in our set.

Cera Alba - 'Collision (Jordan Peak Rogue Rework)'

We’ve been playing this gem for a long time now. There something so cool about how minimalistic it is. It’s a good pace changer in our set when we’re going to a bit more techno sounds. When we loop the second break and play around a bit with effects it makes the crowd go wild.

Hector Couto - 'Get It On'

One of our favourite tracks by Hector Couto. Love to open or end our sets with this one. It has such a cool old school disco house vibe and they way it’s produced is just insane.
