7th November brings a line up together that’s set to blow the roof off Egg London as Familia presents Popof, Cristian Varela, Roberto Capuano and Manu Gonzalez who, along with the Familia Residents, make up a collective of beat conductors that’s surely not to be missed. Popof’s latest album was release on Hot Creations this year, and with remixes from the likes of Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, Eats Everything, Luciano, Oxia and Miss Kittin, is safe to say 'Love Somebody' has been making big waves. Popof released Cocoon’s 15th anniversary compilation album last year along with Mathias Kaden, and this year his involvement with the brand continued in Ibiza, as well as appearances at Paradise, DC10 and Amnesia’s closing party. Popof’s record label - Form' has consistently been topping the Beatport charts making this a great year for the man behind it all. No stranger to Egg London’s decks, Cristian Varela makes a welcome return, back with Familia just after his album on Carl Cox’s Intec label and appearances with the Intec crew at ADE in Holland. Cristian’s Summer consisted of shows at Revolution for Carl Cox’s Birthday party, Magna Carta & Reverse at Sankeys, Blue Marlin, and gigs in Singapore, Berlin, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and of course Spain. Cristian’s Pornographic label released it’s 10 year anniversary compilation this year which included tracks from Joseph Capriati, Umek and Markantonio, whilst fresh releases included collaborations with Gary Beck and Carl Cox on the label. Joining Cristian will be Roberto Capuano, as Familia proudly announces this as the start of an exclusive London association, making the Ground Floor soundtrack at Egg London the only place to currently hear these headliners and residents in the capitol. Roberto’s production achievements so far are undoubtedly impressive, his releases on on AnalyticTrail, Truesoul, Unrilis and of course 3 tracks on Drumcode, including his track Vertigo, was the best selling track on the auspicious label for some time, whilst his popularity with his following and ability to energise the dancefloor is undisputed. Joining Popof on the Terrace floor will be Manu Gonzalez, fresh from multiple appearances at Sankeys in Ibiza this Summer, Eastern Electrics here in the UK as well as the sell out Eastern Electrics after-party at Egg, an artist dubbed to look out for, we’re delighted to welcome Manu back to the venue. With the surprise elements, the ever-loyal following and the finest techno around, this party is set to sky rocket with one it’s most impressive line ups to date.
