EGG has prepared another line-up to make you week at the knees on June 26th with Cuartero, Illyus & Barrientos plus more TBA Born in Malaga, Cuartero has definitely achieved a lot for a producer of his age. Starting at the age of 15, he's managed to play alongside artists such as Marco Carola, Robert Dietz, Paco Osuna, Nicole Moudaber, Carlo Lio, Steve Lawler, the list could go on, as well as playing at legendary venues like Amnesia Ibiza, Space Ibiza and Cocorico in Italy. Let's not also forget he held the majority of the Beatport top 100 in 2010. Originally a hip-hop DJ, Illyus worked his way into Glasgow clubs through the world of turntablism, he was soon switching his production style from hip-hop to house with a love for J Dila supplemented by an appreciation for Kerri Chandler. With releases on Belfast Seven Music plus a collaboration on Glasgow Underground with Barrientos. "Do Anything You Wanna" and "The Times We Shared" received support from big names in the game such as John Digweed, Groove Armada & German Brigante. Born in America, raised by Chilean and English parents and growing up in Glasgow; different styles and cultures of music became an essential part of life for Barrientos. His remix of the legendary track "Bring U Up" received critical acclaim from Mixmag, as well as being released on Defected Records. Being described to have a "Hypnotic and floor filling style" you can expect him to be doing exactly that on the 26th! Keep your eyes peeled as we have more names to announce for this fun filled party.
