Influences: Grum

Glaswegian producer shares five tracks from artists who have heavily influenced his sound ahead of his set on 22nd March with Tinlicker & Tim Engelhardt...

Glaswegian producer Grum has been on the scene for quite a while now. Since dropping his debut album ’Heartbeats’ almost 10 years ago, Grum is now known for his enticing sound on Anjunabeats and more...

On 22nd March, Grum makes his Egg debut with Tinlicker and Tim Engelhardt (Live) on our Middle Floor for a scintillating set to start off the weekend.

Ahead of the night, he shares five tracks from artists who have heavily influenced his sound and approach to producing over the last decade…

Rex The Dog - Prototype

Always loved the 80s thump to this. You can probably hear a bit of that running through my productions.

Eric Prydz - Niton

Can't beat a big Prydz anthem!

New Order - Crystal (Bedrock Remix)

Two of my favourite artists combined on one record. Love how dark and twisted it is.

BT - Divinity

Like waking up in heaven.

Depeche Mode - Suffer Well (Narcotic Thrust Remix)

Big opening track from a classic Sven Vath essential mix, which has inspired me massively.
