One of the most respected producers in the world, Brazilian Gui Boratto has spent a lifetime at the very top of the musical pile. Although thousands of people flock to see him DJ every year and he is a true master of his craft, he modestly refers to himself as a producer first, DJ second.
A member of Michael Mayer’s fabled Kompakt camp, the label has been home to him for many years now, being a perfect outlet for his eclectic productions. Having released his latest album ‘Abaporu’ late last year, Boratto has demonstrated his ability again to produce a complete album, suitable not only for the dancefloor but for the studio as well.
With countless classic tracks to his name, including ‘No Turning Back’, ‘Beautiful Life’ and ‘Arquipelago’, we are so excited to have this man down this Saturday for another stellar Egg Presents.
