Visionobi is one of the scene’s brightest talents. Immersed in drum and bass from an early age, it is no surprise that this Rogue Jedi's expressive and dynamic approach has gained him the respect of many of his peers and enabled him to tour Europe extensively.

Joining us on Friday, 1st February for our first ever Red Bull Music presents Fractions DnB session at the club, the London based artist shares five selected cuts with us to give us a taste of what’s to come…

Painted Smile - Commix

Quite possibly my favourite track of all time. The echoed melody in this track is simply sublime evoking euphoric emotion. It reminds me of festival season, sunny beaches and the countryside. Never fails to put a smile on my face and an awesome track to MC some delicate liquid vocals over.

Raindrops - DRS (ft Lenzman & Pete Simpson)

My favourite DRS track which is saying something! His verse is so powerful at the start of the track and has a beautiful bleakness to it. He talks about concerning global issues and makes it very relatable. Everything Del speaks about truly resonates with me and the passion in which he puts his point across is inspiring. The harmonica solo at the end is a charmingly unique touch that finishes the track and DRS' first album in style. Hats off to Lenzman on that one!

Fade Away - Spectrasoul

I have introduced so many people to this track which makes me think it might be a bit of a hidden gem. One for the dancefloor, it's bolshy with hard-hitting rolling drums and sweeping synths that are accompanied by a crazy trickling futuristic element that sets it off perfectly.

Always makes me skank!

If I Smiled - Dawn Wall

The most elegantly emotive track filled with somber sentiment. One of those ones for a good or bad mood. The combination of the quaint vocal, exquisite atmosphere and warm bassline makes this one ruthlessly seductive.

The One That Got Me - Beta 2

Unique, peculiar, off-key, depressive, introverted, genuine and mysterious are words I would use to describe this incredible track. A crisp production, with steppy percussion, 80's style space-age synths, combined with the most melancholy vocal bring this together to be the finite article. A self-reflective masterpiece.
