Setting out on Freude am Tanzen back in 2004, before releasing his debut album via Slam's celebrated Soma label in 2008, Anglo-German Mark Henning has come a long way since his early beginnings – both figuratively and literally. Now living Berlin, after spending most of his life in the UK, his dark, sometimes funk-fuelled, techno leaning sound has also landed him on labels including Poker Flat, Cityfox and Hypercolour, while his Swing Recordings has become the latest showcase for his productions.
