George Kwali: Four To The Floor

The 'Crank It' nwecomer tells us his top four tracks to Get Twisted to this Friday

Brighton-based George Kwali joins Tough Love's final Get Twisted of the year this Friday December 2nd, bringing with him the weight of expectation hoisted on his shoulders by the massive success of his 'Crank It' collaboration with Kideko. A tribal-flavoured UK house monster featuring Nadia Rose and Sweetie Irie, Annie Mac promptly made it her ’Hottest Record In The World’ with further radio support coming Pete Tong and Mistajam, amongst others. It was a similar story in the clubs, everyone from EDM giants Afrojack and Tiësto to the newer star like Gorgon City and The Magician seeking out its irresistible bounce.

Ahead of his debut at Egg, George told us his four to get people to the floor. Get tickets and full info on the party here.

1. South Royston - 'Work It'

I can't get enough of this track at the moment. I love the build up to the second drop, the vocal is huge.

2. Dajae & Riva Starr - 'In The Midnight (Matt.Joe Remix)'

This track is so thick and funky, it has such a sick groove to it and a massive rolling bassline. Definitely one of my favourite songs this year.

3. Dinks - 'Street Player (Rework)'

Rework of an absolute classic, I played it at the Electric Brixton last weekend and it went off! Great one for the singalong crew.

4. Full Intention - 'Keep Pushing'

I'm a massive fan of Full Intention. The simplicity of this track is so cool. I love the synth work and the bassline sounds so good in a club.
