Coco Cole: Four To The Floor

Capital XTRA's young star introduces us to her house ahead of playing Martin Solveig's My House

Having two radio shows on Capital XTRA is a platform that any DJ would kill for, so it's no wonder that Coco Cole – presenter of Friday's Clubber's Guide and Sunday's specialist mix show – is a name on everyone's lips right now. Nominated for Best Radio show in DJ Mag's 2016 Best of British Awards, she's been showing that she can also do it in the clubs all summer as resident at Martin Solveig's My House at Pacha Ibiza.

Ahead of joining the Parisian giant at his debut My House at Egg on Friday March 10th, alongside Michael Calfan and Jax Jones, Coco told us her four to the floor essentials...

ANOTR - 'Strobe'

I rinsed this track playing for Martin at Pacha all last summer. Everyone, including myself, goes absolutely mental for it. The euphoric classic vocals with those stabbing piano chords makes this an ultimate house anthem. Love it.

Dennis Ferrer - 'Mind Ur Step' feat. Janelle Kroll

I feel like this is a bit of a no brainer, it's a set highlight still. Dennis is a wizard when it comes to rhythm. I love all the weird sounds he adds and this bassline makes the place go wild.

Kiwi - 'Shortail'

I love Kiwi, his music always stands out for me. There's magic in it. That huge synth riff in this track surprises people every time and really adds a new dimension to my sets.

Maurice Joshua - 'This Is Acid'
null

An absolute classic. I save this for crowds I know are gonna really appreciate it. I love acid and if this track goes down well (which, if it's the right crowd, it will), I know I can really take the room on a wild one.
