Cinthie: Four To The Floor

Berlin Berlin The Birthday headliner tells us her essential four track for the dancefloor...

A Berlin-based DJ/Producer and the creative mind behind the Beste Modus and Unison Wax record labels, Cinthie is a resident at [IPSE] and Humboldthain Club, where her vinyl-only DJ sets and intuitive ability to weave deep yet bassy mixes has seen her become a figurehead amongst the next generation of German house music virtuosos.

Along with Diego Krause, Ed Herbst and stevn.aint.leavn, she represents the Beste Modus/Beste Freunde collective who've already pressed four sought-after white label 12"s, as well as being snapped up for a residency at the famous Watergate club.

She also owns and runs the Stasi Studios complex (home to Rødhåd, Ben Klock, Roman Lindau, Gebrüder Teichmann)  which is one of the Berlin's most singular corners of dance music creativity.

With nearly two-decades of expertise, Cinthie's talents as a DJ, producer, label owner and studio boss position her as one of the German capital's most consistent house music figures - exactly why she join Tobi Neumann, Benno Blome and more for the Berlin Berlin The Birthday on Saturday 2nd July.

Ahead of this appearance, we asked her for her essential four tracks for the floor.

Sonderr - 'All My Dreams'

Just because it just gives me goosebumps.

The Willers Brothers - ‘Can You Get Up’

It's so dope.

Liam Geddes - ‘So Many Needs’

This kid knows how to do it.

Lazlo Dancehall - ‘Tide Out’

Heavy tune.
