Back To Mine: Reinier Zonneveld

Ahead of his return to our Middle Floor on 23rd June with Ilija Djokovic and Joran Van Pol, Zonneveld shares a playlist to chill out to after a high octane live set…

Reinier Zonneveld has become one of the most talked about burgeoning artists in the last year. A musical prodigy at 12 years old, playing improvised classical piano concerts to thousands of people was nothing unusual for the Dutch maestro. Better known for his explosive live sets today, Zonneveld latched onto the tougher sound of techno at university before fully delving into production and pursuing a career as a full-time, fully fledged music producer.

With a sound covering melodic to more harder, in your face creations, Zonneveld launched his own Filth On Acid imprint as a platform to showcase his own material in addition to his friends which include Gabriel Ananda, Coyu and many more.

Ahead of his return to our Middle Floor on 23rd June with Ilija Djokovic and Joran Van Pol, Zonneveld shares a playlist to chill out to after a high octane live set…

Tycho - Album (Epoch, Past Is Prologue, Awake, Dive)

Perfect for chilling and travelling. Relaxing music with good vibes.

Mees Salomé - Album (Big Thoughts Like Elephants)

Love to have sex to Mees Salomé’s music, one of the best new producers around. Deep and melodic!

Max Richter - Album (Sleep)

Music to dream away to or even meditate.

The Field - Albums (Looping State of Mind, Cupid’s Head, Yesterday & Today, From Here We Go Sublime)

There is so much to hear in The Field’s music. At first, listen you’d think it is basically the same loop over and over. Very deep and satisfying.

Moby - Album (Play)

A classic album that I bought when it came out around 20 years ago. I still have it and put it on at home from time to time!
