April at Egg London

Finally emerging from what is the English wintertime, this April is set to be one of our biggest months to date, with a truly ridiculous array of talent in store here at Egg.

Finally emerging from what is the English wintertime, this April is set to be one of our biggest months to date, with a truly ridiculous array of talent in store here at Egg.

Kick starting the month is a typically hectic Easter period, consisting of a 4-day marathon that covers all bases. DJ Mag returns on Easter Thursday to get things rolling with No.19 Music and Crosstown Rebel stars, Art Department headlining with their dark, morphed house tones. Next up on the Friday is a very special Ultramajic showcase from Detroit’s son Jimmy Edgar and the forward-thinking Machinedrum. Familia take control on Saturday evening with an all female cast consisting of Chilean songstress and Cocoon regular Dinky, Dana Ruh, Bpitch control star Camea and Deborah De Luca. Completing the mammoth Easter weekender is one of London’s longest running events, Promised Land, who this time have the legendary Todd Terry and Marshall Jefferson providing the old school house vibes.

The following weekend we welcome Dennis Ferrer and his Objektivity imprint back to North London on the Friday, with label regular Andre Hommen and house music purist Phil Weeks both featuring. The night after our newest night Egg Uncut doesn’t disappoint with another cutting edge selection, with Enter regular Gaiser bring some solid tech house and techno alongside legendary minimal German outfit, Extrawelt.

KURV returns on the 17th with a monstrous house lineup, with Ibiza veteran Miguel Campbell heading up things alongside former DC10 resident Clive Henry and rising UK star Cera Alba. Supernova takes control on the Saturday with Nofitstate bringing Deetron, Djebali and of course Geddes with them.

The final weekend of the month is an all Egg Presents affair with Romanian house duo NTFO and Weiss on the decks Friday and infamous Kompakt artist Gui Boratto closing things out on the Saturday
