Tickets available on the door. This year at Egg the leading London club is doing New Year’s Eve bigger than ever and is inviting you to party with them for longer than ever before... Playing from 9pm on NYE to 2pm on NYD will be a fine selection of underground talents including Bondax, Darius Syrossian, Patrick Topping, Leftwing & Kody, Grades and Him_Self_Her. As well as this the club is holding a couple of cards close to their chest right with more soon to be revealed... so keep those eager eyes peeled. 2014 has been an amazing year for Egg - they had some amazing parties, a special summer with lots of fun BBQs and the club itself has gone through a load of major changes including a fully updated sound and lights system, and a fully renovated roof terrace. On NYE, aside from the partying sounds, expect a visual spectacle including an incredible laser light show, a full production made up of huge LED screens, and CO2 cannons to transform one of the capital’s leading night spots into its longest, and best, New Years Eve partying experience ever! Next up, Darius Syrossian has been the driving force behind Tribal Sessions since its return and is Sankeys resident in Ibiza, Manchester and now New York. Darius is the first DJ to have three weekly residencies for one club in one year and it is testament to his revered standing in the global scene that the club has put such faith in him. Of course, this summer, the man who has his own unique sound that is never tailored to any one label released some modern classic cuts on labels like Get Physical, 8bit, Definition:Music, VIVa, Hot Creations & OFF recordings, won Best House DJ as voted for by the public, Tribal Sessions won best night at the Sankeys Awards and Darius also mixed the club’s special 20th Anniversary CD live in the club, which hit number one on Beatport across many genres. As for the headliners, few have been bigger this year than modern house heroes Bondax. Made up of George Townsend and Adam Kaye, the Lancaster pair have set up their own Just Us Recordings label and have fomented their own unique sound through releases on Super Recordings. They have played all over the world this year from Creamfields to Bestival and have picked up massive props from Radio 1 so we are delighted to welcome them to EGG tonight. Expect to hear their biggest hits from “All I See” to “Fires” to “Wet Sumer.” Next up is Patrick Topping, another DJ who made waves in Ibiza, got recognised by Mixmag as a new star this year and releases on Hot Creations as well applying Paradise at DC10. His tech house sound is right on the money and tonight he is sure to be sensational. Also playing tonight is UK bass sensation Grades, the man behind current hit ‘Crocodile Tears’ who plays all over the UK and has had plenty of Radio 1 support. Egg regulars Leftwing & Kody and Him_Self_Her also play and bring with them a wealth of hose and techno understanding that is sure to keep everyone dancing well into the new Year.
