Parisian techno wizard Paul Ritch brings his powerful techno sound to Egg London on Saturday, August 19th with an Exclusive All Night Long party and a well overdue call back to the UK capital.

Having already forged a solid reputation by releasing tracks and remixes as Pacemaker and ‘June’ on Get Physical records and on labels such as Drumcode, Sci + Tech, Cocoon Recordings and Soma and his own Quartz Records and DJ-ing at some of the most influential clubs and events globally including Amnesia, Space, Pacha in Ibiza, Berghain and Watergate in Berlin,Rex Club (Paris), Melkweg (Amsterdam) and Womb (Japan), Paul has engrained himself into the modern day Techno echelons. At the forefront of the techno underground scene, Ritch's huge knowledge of the music and his energetic creativity sets him apart and we can’t wait to hear Paul again in Egg’s impressive new Main Room. Joining Paul on the night will be Egg's resident DJ Kyle E and one of Amsterdam's favourite underground artists, the infamous Basis club resident Ringo Live. Techno madness all night long.

The Basement is hosted by melodic house and techno label of the moment Chapter 24 Records, who are bringing the recently-signed Djuma Soundsystem (Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical Music) over to London for the occasion. Now based in Copenhagen, this Norwegian DJ/producer was catapulted into the public's consciousness over a decade ago with his club classic 'Les Djinns' on Get Physical. Back then his music was influenced by Arabic sounds and rhythms, fused with his own trademark warm electronic sound. A lot has changed over the years, with a steady flow of releases and six world tours under his belt, but Djuma's sound retains a strong organic core. These days he's more influenced by Afro/tribal music, always with one foot in the European house and techno scene and the other in more exotic inspirations. Joining Djuma Soundsystem for this special Chapter 24 showcase are Stevie R (live), KatrinKa and label bosses VVerses.
